Cancellations

  • 5 Day Right to Cancel Policy: Any member joining Stroller Strides Central Oahu has 5 days from the day she signs up to cancel her membership without penalty.
  • Membership Cancellation Policy: Members must notify ownership in writing at marilynconnell@fit4mom.com at least 5 days prior to the first of the following month. (All charges processed on the first of the month are nonrefundable). Notification after this date will result in a charge on the member's credit card on the first of the month equivalent to one month's membership.
  • Reactivation Policy: Members who have previously cancelled or taken an extended leave of greater than 60 days are responsible for a $20 reactivation fee in order to return to their membership.

Registration Fees

  • Membership Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $70 will be charged to all clients signing up for a FIT4MOM membership. This membership fee will include two SPRI resistance band (green & red), a Stroller Strides drawstring backpack, coupons/samples from our Corporate Sponsors (based upon availability), as well as credit card fees incurred over the course of the membership.

Membership Holds

  • A member can put her monthly membership on hold up to a period of 60 days. All holds must be a minimum of 30 days long.
  • Members must notify ownership in writing, via email to marilynconnell@fit4mom.com, if they will be putting their membership on hold. This written notification must be received at least 5 days prior to the first of the month for which they wish to go on hold.
  • Memberships on hold will automatically be charged on the 1st of the month in which the member is expected to return, unless ownership is otherwise notified in writing.
  • If a member wishes to take an extended break from Stroller Strides (longer than 60 days), she will have to cancel her membership and pay the $20 reactivation fee when restarting her monthly membership. ** If membership prices have increased, she will then restart her membership at the new monthly rate.

Refund Policy

  • FIT4MOM does NOT offer any refunds, please be sure to thoroughly read & understand all of the above membership policies.
  • All charges are automatically processed at midnight on the 1st of each month.
  • If a change must be made to the credit card on file, each member is required to complete a new membership agreement with an instructor and submit it at least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month.
